SURANT (¨floating¨ in catalán) is a unique historic ship. She is 40 feet in length and 11 feet of beam and was entirely built with Royal Cedar wood around the middle of last century.

 

After going through a long restoration process, SURANT today is giving us again the opportunity to cruise  along the charming of small islands close to the colonial city of Granada on the Great Nicaraguan Lake (see our packages).

The archipelago scenery is just unforgettable, in the shadow of the omnipresent Mombacho volcano, and with good visibility, the impressive figures of the two majestics volcanos Concepcion y Madera (Ometepe), unique in the world for their location in the middle of a lake. And what a lake!

 

SURANT will leads us around the archipelago while enjoying a delicious dinner. Alternatively you can just relax and take in the glorious scenery with a glass of fine wine.
